By using Chaser, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Chaser provides AI-powered Pokémon card scanning, pricing analysis, deal scoring, and market intelligence features, as well as a free peer-to-peer trade marketplace.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Chaser.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You may not share your account with others.

• Free accounts receive a one-time grant of 20 credits at signup.

• Credits are consumed for card scanning, card recognition, AI search, Card Assess, and Chase Analyzer runs. Global Trade is free and never consumes credits.

• Pro and Lifetime subscriptions provide monthly credit allowances (800 and 1,500 credits); credit packs can be purchased on any plan.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• All purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the API.

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our pricing data.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Chaser connects traders across the globe. Trades happen offline between users. Chaser is not a party to, and not responsible for, any trade. Meet in public places. Users who receive three or more reports are automatically hidden pending review.

Chaser provides card pricing estimates and AI grade assessments for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. Prices fluctuate — always verify before making purchasing decisions. AI grade estimates are not official PSA grades.

All content, trademarks, and software in Chaser are the property of Aru AI Labs. Pokémon is a registered trademark of The Pokémon Company. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aru AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Chaser, including but not limited to losses from purchasing decisions based on our pricing data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Chaser after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
